We endeavor to become a nationally recognized and effective model of an all-encompassing community outreach. Acknowledging that the needs of our local community are not unique to our area, we seek to create a replicable structure that can be implemented in other regions. To achieve a replicable structure, exceptional staffing, necessary for the growth of AV Champions, will provide superb coordination among an ethnically diverse volunteer base.
